Vincent Lam

Vincent Lam, CPA has over three decades of experience working in both private industry and the public accounting profession. Vincent works directly with his clientele in innovative and strategic ways to develop and tailor tax planning techniques that are specific to the needs of his clients.

Education: Vincent earned a Bachelor’s degree from UCLA.
Vincent is active in a number of professional organizations including the UCLA alumni association, a member of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants, a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and a member of the Los Angeles and Orange County Chambers of Commerce.
In his spare time, Vincent enjoys playing tennis and coaching his son’s Little League baseball team.
Susan Tsou

Susan Tsou is a Tax Attorney and serves as the firm’s General Counsel. Susan provides legal counsel to the firm and its clients in the area of general business and corporate laws. Her legal expertise ensures our clients’ accurate and timely compliance to frequently changing business laws including incorporation filings, business licensing issues, and federal, state and local taxing regulations.
In addition, Susan handles tax audits, investigations, appeals, litigation and collection problems with both the Internal Revenue Service and all California tax agencies. The amounts in dispute range from less than $10,000 to more than $500,000. In virtually every case, Susan has obtained positive, cost-effective resolutions to our clients’ tax disputes and controversies.

Education: Susan graduated with a Bachelor degree from University of California, Berkeley and received her law degree from Southwestern University. She is licensed to practice law in California.
In her spare time, Susan enjoys ballroom dancing and is an avid runner. A favorite past time is also exploring the many restaurants in S. California.
