Our CPA’s has over a decade of experience assisting business owners like yourself in understanding the importance of implementing an accounting system to help manage your business, especially in the critical early stages. Our 1 Day course was specifically designed by our CPA’s for small business owners who have had no or minimal experience with bookkeeping, accounting, or tax. Unlike many other training courses, our course will also give you exposure to some very important tax issues that every small business owner need to be aware of. You will learn tax strategies that will save you thousands of dollars, in addition to steps you can take to safeguard your business from an IRS audit.

Vincent Lam, CPA has over 2 decades of experience working in both private and public accounting profession. His varied clientele range from real estate firms, professional practices (law & medicine), to smaller closely-held companies, individuals, trusts, and most importantly many small businesses in all types of industry.

Tax Education, Tax preparation and planning, technical research, strategic business planning, studies of pension and compensation plans, structuring mergers, estate and personal financial planning, litigation support, valuation of business interests, assessment of business contracts, representation related to tax issues before the Internal Revenue Service, California Franchise Tax Board, and Board of Equalization.


Vincent earned a Bachelor’s degree from UCLA. He is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Taxation from California State University – Northridge.

Vincent is active in a number of professional organizations including the UCLA alumni association, a member of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants, a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and a member of the Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce.


Neil Davidson, C.P.A.

Neil Davidson, CPA is the partner in charge of accounting, compilation, and auditing services for the firm. Neil has been in public accounting since 1997, and during his career has gained broad experience while managing the audits, reviews and compilations of companies in various industries, including construction, manufacturing, wholesale distribution, technology and retail and professional services. He has also assisted clients with year-end closing procedures, internal controls analysis and recommendations, financial analysis and tax planning and projections. He is often called upon to consult with and structure start-up business ventures.

Private company accounting and auditing, defined contribution pension plan auditing. Representation before the Internal Revenue Service; Neil also assists with fraud examinations as a consultant, and has helped identify the perpetrator of fraud and determined loss amounts in multiple fraud issues. In addition, he helps his clients with internal controls and regulations to prevent occupational fraud.

Neil graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Cal State Northridge.

In his spare time, Neil enjoys travelling abroad, spending time with his family and volunteering with nonprofit organizations that promote animal welfare.



Susan Tsou is an attorney consultant to the firm. Susan provides legal counsel to the firm in the area of general business and corporate laws. Her legal expertise ensures our client’s accurate and timely compliance to (delete ever) changing business laws including incorporation filings, business licensing issues, and federal, state and local taxing regulations.

Susan graduated with a Bachelor degree from UC Berkeley and received her law degree from Southwestern University. She is licensed to practice law in California.

In her spare time, Susan enjoys ballroom dancing and is an avid runner. A favorite past time is also exploring the many restaurants in Los Angeles.
